But Daily’s method is so thought-out and intelligently designed. The exercises we did were tailored to my preferences and structured towards the decisions I was facing, and in addition they were so gratifying to talk through—months later I still find myself explaining and recommending them to friends and family. Nothing was projected on me, it was all about my own interpretation of my goals and values, and I imagine it would be accessible to almost anyone.
